Project: Custom Home

Location: Spring Grove, IL

Jenny wanted a classic country style home with a big front porch and a swing. Her custom home has a vintage character with modern amenities. First floor master bedroom, spacious walk-in pantry and a bonus play room are just a few of the features this home has to offer. The construction of this custom home lasted eight months from permitting to final walk-through. We worked with the homeowners through all aspects of the project to make their dream home a reality.

The great room is where the family comes to relax by the fire at the end of a long day. The 10-foot-tall built-ins hide the TV and electronics while displaying family photos and treasures. The spacious breakfast room features an eat-at breakfast bar and a view of both the great room and the kitchen. The mud room off the kitchen is a great place to put on a coat and warm gloves before heading outside. The dining room is a perfect place to share good food and great conversation. Jenny loves having a beautiful place to display her grandmother’s antique china collection.
